Due to frequent rain during the flowering period in the grape-producing areas of Yantai, the incidence of gray mold disease has reached up to 70%. After five consecutive years of using traditional procymidone alone, its efficacy has decreased to 65%, and there is also a problem of fruit drug spots, with the rate of high-quality fruit being less than 50%.


Technological innovation:

50% procymidone water dispersible granules + 30% pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate employ a dual-action site blocking mechanism:

Procymidone inhibits the expansion of fungal hyphae (acting on mitochondrial respiratory chain complex III);

Pyraclostrobin interferes with pathogen protein synthesis (acting on mRNA transcription);

Using dynamic proportioning technology: before flowering, use procymidone: pyraclostrobin at a ratio of 3:1, and adjust to 1:1 after flowering, precisely matching the stage of pathogen infection.

Efficacy performance:

The 2024 Penglai experiment showed that applying pesticides three times, namely before flowering, after flowering, and during the coloration period, could control the disease ear rate below 3.2%, significantly lower than the 18.7% of the control pesticide.

Quality improvement:

The soluble solids content of the fruit increases by 1.5°Brix, the weight of each fruit increases by 8%, the purchase price of high-quality fruit rises by 0.8 yuan per jin, and the income per mu increases by 2,400 yuan.

The dust emission of water dispersible granules is reduced by 80% compared to wettable powders, reducing the inhalation risk for applicators.
