Paraquat is a contact, non-selective, and fast-acting herbicide, widely used to control various annual and perennial broad-leaved weeds and gramineous weeds. After the liquid is sprayed on the green parts of weeds, it is quickly absorbed and generates free radicals in plants, damaging cell membranes and causing tissue necrosis, thereby rapidly leading to plant death.

Paraquat is a fast-acting, non-selective, contact herbicide widely used for effective control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and grasses. Once applied to the green parts of plants, Paraquat is rapidly absorbed and induces the formation of free radicals within plant tissues. These free radicals disrupt cell membranes, leading to tissue necrosis and rapid plant death within hours of application.
⚠ Important Note: Paraquat acts only on the contacted plant surfaces and does not translocate to the roots. As a result, perennial weeds may regenerate from underground tissues, requiring repeated applications for complete control.
