1-Naphthylacetic Acid (NAA) (CAS No. 86-87-3) is a synthetic plant growth regulator belonging to the auxin group. It promotes root initiation, stem elongation, and enhances plant tissue culture processes. At higher concentrations, it can act as a growth inhibitor, helping to regulate plant development.
